Obituary of Carolyn Rosen Kippur Hein

Carolyn Rosen Kippur Hein (85) died Sunday, July 30 in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on September 24, 1931 in Denver, Colorado to Bill and Francis Rosen. She was active in the Jewish Community her entire life.  First by organizing the first ORT chapter in Denver, volunteering for BMH/BJ, and fundraising for Yeshiva Toras Chaim. She is survived by her brother Harold Rosen and his wife Marjory; her son Steve Kippur and his 5 children and 7 grandchildren; her son Gary Kippur, his wife Tandy and their 2 daughters; and her daughter-in-law Merrie Kippur. Predeceased by her husband Gerald Hein and son Bruce Kippur. Services will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery (6841 E 62nd Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022) Tuesday at 12:30 pm. Shiva will be at Harold and Marjory’s home, 1 Middle Road, Englewood, CO 80113, Tuesday, August 1st immediately following the service and Wednesday, August 2nd.
