So sorry to hear about Mike’s passing. We were close friends while he was playing in the late 60s, with Walnetto and the Catherine Mitchell Lord band. I was one of the roadies for the band. He was a good man and I’m sorry he’s gone.

So sorry to learn about Mike's passing. We played in a band together CM Lord in 1970 in LA....he was a talented, quiet, and intelligent man. His parents were great also.

We were oh so close for years. Growing up together and playing music with you will always remain a major part of my life's memories. R.I.P Michael

Michael "Z"... I am so so sad to hear this news. I have nothing but fond memories of our years together playing music in all of those beer soaked honky tonks. Godspeed my freind.

I played music in a band with Michael. Great guitar player . He also had a wonderful collection of Stickley furniture at his home.

Michael shopped at our family store in Topeka and was a sweet, gentle man we enjoyed seeing and chatting with. He will be missed.
