Jim had a big heart, during the world pandemic, all of us were quarantined at home. One day he asked me about my brothers in Mexico who worked in restaurants, and since the restaurants were closed. He told me, call your brothers and ask how they are doing. We can help them. I called them, one of them said, “I am ready to go out and find anything, we need food.” I told my brother do not worry, we are sending you money. I didn’t think about my family in Mexico, but Jim did. A couple times, as we were driving together, when he saw a traffic accidents before any ambulance or police were around. He stopped and tried to help. He said that he learned that from his father Stanley Orlin. I am so grateful that I was part of his life He left a rich legacy that I will treasure forever.
