Dick and I became friends initially through AZA in high school althogh he lived on the west side of Denver and I lived on the east side. We became fraternity brothers at DU in Phi Sigma Delta where we both studied accounting. in 1962 after college graduation, we spent the summer together traveling through Europe (on $5 a day) and Israel. UInfortuantely, our paths separated when Dick left Denver for law school and we lost contact with each other.
I remember Dick as a very bright, honest, and capable ndividual, He was always a traditionally practicing member of the Jewish community here in Denver. I am pleased to read in his obituary that he was happily married and has left a legacy of a loving family.
I send my heartfelt condolences to Sheila (whom i do remember) and the entire family.
