Obituary of Lenora Mae Silverman

Lenora “Norie” Mae Silverman of Denver, Colorado, born July 14, 1936, in Rosenhayn, New Jersey, passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 88.

She was preceded in death by her husband Alan Silverman in 2009.

Norie is survived by her 3 children, Michael Silverman of Great Falls, MT, Neil (Victoria Kraus) Silverman of East Greenwich, RI, Karen (Bill Goldberg) Silverman of Denver, CO; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer (Cody) Gardner of Louisville, CO, Jonathan Silverman of Denver, CO, Jaime Silverman (fiancé Henry Nieberg) of Chicago, Illinois, Eliana Goldberg of Denver, CO and Margalit Goldberg of Denver, CO; and two great-grandchildren Leela and Aria Gardner of Louisville, CO.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday 6/29, 10:00 AM at Mt. Nebo Cemetery with a Livestream on the Feldman Mortuary YouTube channel.

Contributions to Jewish Family Service of Colorado, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains or charity of choice.

Shiva will be held at the home of Karen Silverman and Bill Goldberg, immediately following interment, with a minyan at 1:00 PM on Sunday. The family will receive visitors starting at 5:00 PM on Monday with a shiva minyan at 7:00 PM.
