I am both embarrassed and heartbroken that I just found out today that Victor has passed in Dec.. May his memory be eternal. I am reminded of all the fun times we had together at concerts, sporting events, vespa rides and get to gethers with his brothers. He always had a big smile on his face and a kind sensitive demeanor. he will be missed and thought of a lot.

I just learned from an old PR colleague of Victor's passing. Gone way too soon.
Victor was my boss in a former career, and made it a fun and exciting place to work. My memories of him are nothing but fond.
More importantly than work, I remember Victor as a genuinely good, caring human with a great sense of humor. And he had an overflowing and unashamed love for his family which was contagious.
RIP Victor. You'll be dearly missed by those whose lives you touched, of whom there are many.

Susan-
It’s been a long time since we last spoke but I wanted to let you know how much of an impact Victor had on me. He was a special gift to all of us. If you recall, Victor worked on my team at IQN and accomplished some great things while there. His skills, knowledge and overall passion for his craft are unmatched in my experience to this day.
Can’t tell you have grateful I am to have known him.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Devon and your entire family.

"Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet prince, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
I thought of Victor as my "PR industry brother." I led the team at the large public relations agency that began supporting J.D. Edwards in the Fall of 2000 all the way through JDEC's absorption into PeopleSoft and, then, Oracle. Victor and I bonded immediately over a shared passion for language and its power, public relations, and the concepts of Corporate Reputation and Integrated Communications. I helped him into his follow up job at Tata Consultancy Services and again, after that, into Unisys, and we have stayed in touch through the years. He flew out to the East Coast for my surprise 50th Birthday party way back when and we often met up in Denver whenever I visited my daughter there.
I am still reeling from this news. The service, which I attended remotely, was nothing sort of beautiful and perfect.
My heart breaks for you, Susan and Devon, as well as Victor's brothers and sister and the entire family. Please know that Victor "lit up" every time he spoke of you, Susan and Devon. His love for you was plainly evident to anyone who spent any time with him.
I last communicated with Victor on 10/27 via text. I'm saving that email and only wish I had a voicemail to hear him one last time. God Bless Victor and all of you.

So sorry to hear the news about Victor and my heart and prayers go out to all that knew and loved him as I did. I have known Victor since 1998/1999 where we worked at JD Edwards together and really got to know each other on a shoot in Europe back then. I was also able to hang out with him in his old stomping grounds in La Jolla, CA. We have since worked on projects with IQNavigator and Xcel Energy. I had an instant connection with Victor and loved his sense of humor, his creativity, his intelligence and his kind heart. Even though we never got to hang out as much as I would have liked, he was really like a brother to me. I'm heartbroken over this and I know he will be missed greatly. Love ya Victor

Victor was my client during his time with the legendary JD Edwards and then TCS. He taught me how to be an excellent client and how to treat an agency team as a true partner. From getting a call at 5 am to get on the train and get to NYC to get the Peoplesoft acquisition press release over the wire before the market opened to making sure we had “chicken man” when the team was in NYC for agency meetings, our team always thought so highly of Victor. The early days of my career in technology communications are marked by Victor and I will never forget them and all of the laughs we all shared.
You will be missed but I am thankful our paths crossed for many years. To Susan and Devon, sending strength in this heartbreaking time.

My deepest condolences to Victor's family.
I went to college with Victor at UC San Diego. I remember him as a fun and unique person.
Funny story:
Freshman year, Victor had a haircut with one side shaved. When his father came to visit, he took several of us out to dinner. When Victor was not listening, he offered us $100 to shave the other side to be even. We all refused, but his father snuck up on him and cut it the next time Victor went home.
Victor, you will be missed.
