Deepest condolences to Jean and family. I worked with Dan in the broadcast software business for so many years, we had a great group in the sales department as we grew our careers through out the years from Golden, downtown, Denver South. Dans work ethics, desire to help and sense of humor were admirable. We all will have many years of wonderful memories. Rest in peace. JoAnn Watson

I am so sorry to receive this news. Dan and I worked together for many years in the broadcast software business in Denver, and he was a great mentor to me during my initial years in that industry. I will always remember his sarcastic sense of humor that could make me laugh even when our work demands had us at the office late at night or on a weekend. I send my sincere condolences to Jean and the whole family. Dan was a fantastic colleague and friend, and he will always be remembered for his integrity and level of commitment to broadcast companies all around the USA..

Lachlan, Hayley, Evan and I are deeply saddened to hear of Dan’s passing. We send our love to Jean, David, Jeffrey and their families all the way from Australia. Right now we feel especially far away. Dan was a wonderful friend and support to us all at an extraordinarily difficult time in our lives (and thereafter), and I will never forget how he welcomed us unconditionally with open arms and made us feel safe. From the treats for the kids, to helping me through major life decisions, Dan was so very generous and kind. The world has lost a warm and wonderful man. He will never be forgotten, and his spirit will always live on.

I worked with Dan for many years, and he was always such a kind professional and true gentleman. Every memory I have of working with him is a good one. He was someone people genuinely enjoyed being around and sharing both work and life experiences with.
I was so very saddened to learn of his passing. Seventy is far too young. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and all who loved him as they navigate this tremendous loss. Dan will be remembered very fondly.

I’m so sad. Dan was so wickedly funny. I worked with him years ago and he would come by to say hi and tease us. He made every day brighter. I’ll always remember him telling me to say to people who asked for unreasonable things, “What, are your legs broke? Go do it yourself!” Half the time it made no sense in context but was always hilarious. When I found out his real name was Danny, he forever went by Danny to me. His wife Jean (Jean Jean the Dancing Machine, as we teased) was so lovely to me and fun as well. My condolences to Jean and the entire family. Such a wonderful man.

Dan Levitt was a talented sales trainer and spoke at my Sales meetup annually, showing us the best of Sandler Sales Methodology. Dan was generous with his time, offering free classes at the Sandler Institute and was a kind and gentle soul. He was also ambitious. When his time at Sandler ended, he started his own firm, "Hung his own shingle"
Dan made an impact on those around him.
