Eric, Lisa, Lola, Sonya. It has been a minute. You all may not remember me but I worked fir Joe Farber for approximately 5 years and was absolutely in love with Joe and Joseph Farber and Company. I returned to Wichita in 1989 during Jue’s illness.I obviously met and fell in love with the beautiful Virginia, or as Joe referred to her “Ginny Darlin’” during my tenure. I remember many financial challenges during my time in Denver, which left little time money for clothes. Joe, hearing that I was wearing an outfit given by the wife of another co-worker, responded, “Ginny has beautiful clothes…” and the rest is fashion history. I received some of the mist beautiful clothes, admittedly some had the be altered, but it was well worth it! Rest in Peace Farbers! Shirley Smith Wichita, kansas

Dear Lola and Mark, Sincere condolences on the loss of Lola's mother. Although we all know life is finite, and that by the time our parents reach the age your mother did, it takes the wind out of our sails to lose them. I hope your mother's life was filled with the joy of family, friends and good times. We are especially empathetic having just lost Jim's mother last week. Times like this give sons and daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren a lot to think about, including how important each day is and how precious are our family relationships and our friends. Our hearts go out to you, Juli and Jim Lapin
