Obituary of Sharon Feder

Sharon Feder died Friday September 22, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born in New York.  She moved to Colorado in 1985, and married Robert Feder in 1986.  After her children Stephen and Jessica were born, she became the wonderful mother she would always be, and she spent a great deal of time with them at their elementary school.  Although gifted in many areas, Sharon took motherhood as her most rewarding role.

Sharon graduated from American University with majors in Art and Psychology.  After her children were older, Sharon reentered the field of therapy and practiced with her husband Robert.  She became interested in helping divorced parents and their children through her roles as a child and family investigator and reintegration therapist.  Her natural talents made her a great asset in these fields.

Lively and friendly, Sharon made many friends throughout her lifetime.  She worked hard at maintaining those relationships, and her friendship was deeply valued by many. She was a bright soul that made connections wherever she went. Her favorite place to be is at the beach reading a nice book and enjoying the sun.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Beverly Scheinthal.  She leaves behind her husband Robert Feder, son Stephen & Julie, daughter Jessica, and many family and friends.

Her rich laughter and sparkling wit will be missed by us all.
