Obituary of Anna Hemd

We regret to inform you of the passing of Holocaust survivor, Anna Hemd, wife of Mike Hemd z"l; mother of Penny (Harry) Rapaport and Ilene (Michael) Rosen; grandmother of Aimee (Richard) Markowitz, Brenda (David) Propis, Benjamin (Penny) Rosen, Max (Bre) Rosen, David (Abby) Rosen, and Molly Rosen; great grandmother of Madeline and Rachel Propis, Melanie and Jenna Markowitz, Parker, Emmie, Lucy, Landon and Olivia Rosen.

Graveside funeral on Sunday, December 3rd at 10:00 am at Mount Nebo Memorial Park.
Services will be streamed via Feldman Mortuary's YouTube Channel.

Shiva and visitation at the home of Ilene and Mike Rosen, 247 Monroe St, Denver, 80206.
Visiation immediately following interment until 6:30pm with maariv at 5:30pm.  
Monday and Tuesday visitation from 2pm until 6:30pm with services at 5:30pm.

Anna was a Holocaust survivor who spent much of her youth and early adult life in hunger and poverty. In lieu of meals or food being sent to the shiva house the family requests that a donation in Anna's honor and/or memory be made to  BMH-BJ Synagogue's Feed the Needy Fund
