Beloved husband of the late Elaine Julie Cook father of Brad (Shirlee) Cook Shell (Lisa) Cook and Karen Felice brother of Charlene Sachter and the late Harold Cook grandfather of Haley Lindsey Stephanie Kacie Ashley and Erica beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Services were held April 11th at Hebrew Educational Alliance 3600 S. Ivanhoe. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery. Contributions to Hebrew Educational Alliance Shalom Park or American Cancer Society.
