Obituary of Ruth Zisman

  Ruth Zisman, of Denver, passed on Thursday, May 19th. She is survived by sons Nolan and Bruce "John" Zisman, grandchildren Michael (Carma) Zisman and Julie Zisman, daughter-in-law Patricia Zisman, brother Gerald Goodman, sister-in-law Betty Goodman, brothers-in-law Sam Goldstein and Sam Levine, cousins, nieces and nepherws.  Ruth was born to the late Lee and Edith Goodman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Avery Zisman and two sisters, Sylvia Goldstein and Elaine Levine; Ruth was a loving and doting mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was a graduate of North Denver High School. She enjoyed family, travel, crossword puzzles, golf, bridge and water exercising. For many years she was a volunteer for the Red Cross.A graveside service will be held, Sunday, at 12 noon at Rose Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Denver Hospice or the charity of your choice.
