Obituary of Sidney Goldstein

Sidney Goldstein, formerly of Chicago, IL, husband of the late Rose Goldstein, father of Judy Smith, grandfather of Adam, Jake and Lindsay Smith. Mr. Goldstein served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific during World War II. After graduating first in his class from DePaul Law School, he worked as an attorney for the state of Illinois. From 1958 until shortly before his death, he served as an Administra­tive Law Judge for the Social Security Administration and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Chicago and Denver. A courtroom was named in his honor in Denver in 1997. Funeral services are private.
