I am so very sorry for your loss. I was blessed to know Hal.
Rose asked me to write some of my thoughts down from working with Hal.
Hal Stempnitzky
Hal was a key employee of Genesee BioMedical, Inc. located in Denver Colorado and worked for Genesee for over fourteen years. He was always on time never late and rarely ever missed a day of work over those 14 plus years. Genesee BioMedical, Inc. manufactures lifesaving medical devices for cardiac surgery. In the time Hal was at Genesee BioMedical, Inc. he started work as a production assembler performing many tasks related to assembly and packaging of Medical Devices, but because of his hard work, attention to detail and dedication Hal was promoted to a position of Quality Technician in which he shined. As a Quality Technician he was responsible for inspecting the quality of Medical Devices Genesee manufactured. During the manufacturing process Hal made sure they were manufactured correctly and had the highest standard of quality we demanded. Being a small company Hal was asked to wear many hats during his employment and he was always eager to do whatever was needed no matter how challenging the task. Hal never had a bad day and was always upbeat, happy and would make us laugh. Since Hal had to leave Genesee BioMedical, Inc. for medical reasons there has been an empty spot in our company and hearts that he used to fill. He touched the lives of all of Genesee’s employees and made many friends at work. I am one of the employees who missed him the most.
