Obituary of Carol Hauk

Carol Hauk died April 15, 2017 as a result of complications of PSP. She is survived by her 2 sons, Daniel & Joseph Weiss, 2 grandsons, Dominic & Mateo, daughter in law, Adrienne Mansanares. She graduated in 1968 from University of Colorado School of Medicine and from its psychiatric residency program in 1973. She is survived by many patients she saw throughout her 40+ years as a private psychiatrist in Denver. She also served as a psychiatric consultant at Denver Children’s Home and Jefferson Hills Treatment Center for Adolescents and Families in Jefferson County. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to La Puente Home in Alamosa Colorado. Memorial service will be held, Thursday, April 20th, 10:00am, Feldman Mortuary Chapel, 1673 York Street, Denver, CO.
