Obituary of William Bach

William S. Bach, 81, of N. Bethesda, MD, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2017 after a brief illness. He was born on July 26, 1935, in Brooklyn, NY, where he lived until he moved west to attend the University of Denver. He graduated in 1957, and then proudly served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps from 1958 to 1969, where he was known to treat all his men equally. In 1962, he married Barbara Carson in Denver, and had three children: David (Laura), Amy (Steve), and Lisa (Karen). He loved his family dearly, especially his six grandchildren: Joshua, Jacob, Daniel, and Jessica Volin, and Aaron and Noah Bach. He was a respected builder and developer, who later fulfilled his passion for helping people when he passed the DC Bar exam on his 60th birthday. An avid reader, he was kind, generous, and compassionate. Services, Friday, 11AM, Feldman Chapel; Interment, Mt. Nebo Cemetery; Donations may be made in honor of William S. Bach to the University of Denver.
