Obituary of Davidah Walton

Davidah A. Walton, age 51, died Friday morning in her home in Aurora Co. She fought her illness with grace and vigor, in the end surrounded by family. She knew she was loved and would be missed my many. Davidah is survived by her son Ethan Abel, her parents Patricia Dworkin and Larry Samuels, and her brother and sister Stephen Samuels and Stacey Bie. Davidah was born Dina Ann Samuels, September 28th, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Walnut Ridge H.S., Ohio University, and earned her masters degree from Phoenix University. Dina spent her professional life helping others, especially children. She was a social worker and a school administrator at Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen, Lotus School of Excellence, and Aspen View of Castle Rock. Most recently, Dina owned a Caring Senior Services franchise. Dina was a devoted mother, selflessly opening her heart to welcome young Ethan into her life. Family and friends will gather on December 26th at 1:00 at Fairmount Cemetery, 403 S. Quebec St. for a procession that will conclude graveside. Afterwards all are also welcome to Davidah’s home from 2:30-4:00. Shiva will be hosted by Patricia and Marvin Dworkin beginning 5:30 Wednesday evening, at their home, 7868 S Zante Ct, Aurora CO.
