Obituary of Marc Chorney

Marc A. Chorney was 68 years old when he passed away on June 14, 2020. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Esther and Thomas A. Chorney. He leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Linda S. Chorney, daughters, Anna R. Merritt, PhD, Elizabeth T. Chorney, M.D., two sons-in-law, Scott A. Merritt, PhD, Hao C. Tran D.D.S. and three grandchildren, Alex J. Merritt, Elliott M. Tran and Avery L. Tran. He was a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC) having served as Editor of the ACTEC Journal and a Past Chair of the Communications Committee. He was a Senior Partner of the firm of Chorney & Millard, LLP. Prior to retirement, he was Of Counsel to the firm of Wade Ash Woods Hill & Farley, P.C.
