I will miss Paul very much and I will always remember that twinkle in his eye that so many people have commented on. His warmth immediately engaged you with welcome, interest and fun. Paul immediately invited you to have a conversation with him and it was always both fun and interesting. It was also always lovely to see how proud he was of all of his family members. He would lovingly (and accurately) describe all of your many accomplishments and, in particular yours, Paulette. My deepest condolences on Paul's passing and may you each go from strength to strength as you mourn your profound loss.
Much love,
~Tybe

Dear Paulette, I am so sorry to hear of your loss and my thoughts go out to you and your family. I only knew Paul as a student in your Academy class. Paul, sitting in the front row, was an attentive and amused student in our short story class at the Academy of Learning and I always enjoyed your teasing interactions with him in class. You could tell that Paul was very proud of you as wise and humorous short story teacher and I also imagine that you had many laughs and much joy together throughout your lives. My best to you during this very difficult time. Kristi Sweeney

Paulette, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Though I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Paulie, I have heard so many wonderful things about him from Sally Kneser and others at the Academy. May his memory be for a blessing.

We feel so lucky to have spent so many times and holidays alongside Paul. His hearty chuckle, advice, bright smile, sense of humor, love of talking sports, and good ol’ sincerity will always stay with us and at the forefront of minds. This is a wonderful photo of Paul and it is how we will always remember him! In addition to his great smile and the twinkle in his eye, his warmth shines through. We enjoyed his company during our Thanksgiving gatherings and always were touched by his words of wisdom and kind expressions of appreciation for all his family. He was so proud of, and thankful for, Paulette, his children and grandchildren.
We were so glad he was our Machatunim and will miss him very much. Margie and Marty Diamond

I am very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I was Mitzi's best friend growing up and I will always remember his kind heart, and also how much trouble Mitzi and I would get into. He was firm with us, but always kind. He will be very much missed. My condolences to the family.

Paul, was a true mentor to me and helped me see the power of positive service to our great industry. He was a fun man easy on friends and always funny, quick to smile, and a powerful motivator. I was active and involved at SMDRA before I met Paul but when Paul came into my life it was with a push to achieve more. We had great fun in Washington DC, and At the Baltimore Oriels National stadium and the wharf afterwards. I will never forget the way Paul nailed our taxi driver who was trying to cheat us and drive us through more zones to rip us off on the way to the Ford theater!!! Paul opened the cab door and threatened to jump, needless to say, we did not get ripped off! Paul and I laughed about it a few months ago on the phone. Paul was an Iron Fist in a velvet glove, I love you Paul. God bless you and you wonderful family!!!

If Paul's twinkling eyes didn't make your comfortable just wait a few seconds and his smile would put you at ease -- in a most trusting and comforting way. Our memories of Paul are of his sincere warmth...and witt also. Thanks for sharing Paul with us and prayers and Love to You and Your Family. Barry Miller PS Also joined SMDRA in 1978 and that's when Paul and I first met. A real PRO and All around Good Guy.

Paul and I did our first transaction together shortly after he first received his real estate license. He was always a professional in his business dealings and a fun, energetic, and true friend in all the years we knew each other since that first meeting. Paulette and Paul are the dearest couple... Paul will be missed immensely. My love and prayers to Paulette and the rest of the Wasserstein family.

The world and the real estate community lost a legend-a caring compassionate giant who loved life and a smile that was contagious. We have so many wonderful memories to cherish. Paul was not our birth brother but he was Our Brother and I will miss him. Prayers and thoughts are with Paulette and family. Love you all.
