I met Stuart late in my life (I am now 88). I was closer to his parents' age than to Stuart's. But in spite of that we became close. Whenever I saw Stuart, he was never "down". He was optimistic, curious, warm and just a "good guy". He loved golf and would spend a lot of time during our lunch visits talking about help.is game. In spite of our age difference, we found so much to talk about during lunch that we usually were together about two hours. He truly enjoyed his profession of helping the elderly in need of his help. To those who knew him well, he was a beacon of light. I will miss him.
My heart goes out to his entire family. I am so saddened by his death.

I worked with Stuart for many years and he always went out of his way to say hello to anyone. He made a point to say "hi" to my son who worked in the kitchen at LCCL every night he worked. Stuart was a selfless and dedicated professional. I am deeply saddened to hear of his death. My deepest sympathy to his family and all who loved him. Kiera Shaffer and Family

Met Stuart a few years back through a poker club. What a super nice guy who always wore a smile wherever he went and put a smile on my face whenever I saw him. Saddened to hear about his passing.

Stuart dedicated months, with a kind and gentle spirit, to assure my parents a permanent and safe nursing home during this time of COVID. His compassion, combined with a sense of humor, brought our family through a difficult time and he will forever be in our hearts. God Bless and rest.

My deepest condolences to the family. May there be some peace in knowing that the community in which he served thought fondly of him and he was such a resource to our families and friends who worked with him. I personally met Stuart 5 years ago, and he was so supportive to my success and always willing to help me in any way. Stuart was a genuine good guy and his soul was full of kindness and compassion. I will miss you Stuart! Thank you for all you did.

It is with great sadness that I heard this morning of Stuart's passing. The healthcare community has lost a staunch supporter of seniors everywhere. He was a colleague and a friend to so many. One of the best human beings I know. He was the kind of guy that everyone was drawn to for his smile, his warm welcoming and his genuine interest in each person he spoke with. He always had "time" for you and when you got to know him, you always had time for him too. Stuart's light will shine long after he is gone, he will be remembered for his kindness, his spirit and his love for all of us. I will miss him greatly. Pam Melchior

I met Stuart through the Denver Jewish Chamber of Commerce where he was a very active member and made everyone feel welcome. I also knew him from his services to the senior community. Stuart always smiled and was friendly to everyone. He was always there to help someone in a time of need. I am going to miss Stuart but am glad to have met him and will turn to my memories of a great man.

I am so saddened to hear he passed away. We were in Hebrew school together and I bumped into him years ago at a karate class his son and my daughter were in. He always was such a nice person and had a sweet smile on his face.
