I knew Stanton nearly my entire life, initially as a friend/advisor/confident of my father Warren Toltz. Later Stanton and I worked together on Colorado's first pro-Israel political action committee "Committee for 18" which he chaired. Stanton was a lifelong committed active principled friend and supporter of Israel. He also believed in political activism at all levels but particularly within the Democratic Party. When he spoke publicly about the issues of the day he was always well informed, patient and persuasive with a light touch and a ready smile. Both my mom and dad loved Stanton and Janie and spent many happy days together over the decades of their friendship, they were always a welcome presence at family occasions. On behalf of the Toltz family present and departed, we loved Stanton Rosenbaum and are better from the many years we knew him. Sincere condolences to Janie and the entire family, may Stanton's memory forever be a blessing and comfort.

Stan was a brilliant, principled and highly admired lawyer with whom I enjoyed a decades-long relationship. A wonderful man in all respects who will be sorely missed. His mark will be left and memorialized in the personas of the many professionals he mentored and for whom he set an example. God bless Stan, Jane, their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the many extended family members and friends whose lives Stan touched. Rest in piece, my friend.

I had the honor of practicing law with Stanton for over 30 years and knowing him my entire adult life. As much as anyone, he was a role model for ethical behavior, community involvement and commitment to family and friends. My wife Jane and I will miss him dearly, and extend our condolences and best wishes to his wife Jane and his entire extended family.

I regret having only gotten to know Stanton late in life, where we worked together with American Jewish Committee and he also attended all of my OLLI classes which I led and he always had insightful comments to share with the class. He also made a point of discussing current issues with me before after class, with humor and warmth, and he was a delight to be around.

I am so sorry for your loss. Stanton was a mentor to me for my entire legal career. But more importantly he epitomized what it meant to be a righteous man. He exceeded the ideal in all areas of his life and served as a role model for many of us. His memory will remain with me and all who knew him always! SandyKaminsky
