Eleanor “Elle” Winn, 93, Santa Barbara, formerly of Denver; Wife of the late Phil D. Winn; Mother of Donna (Wesley) Anderegg and Jordan (Janica) Winn; Grandmother of Allegra Winn, Jackson Winn, and Izzy Anderegg. Elle was a gifted artist and loved to paint. She was an amateur seamstress who loved to make her own clothes. Elle lived a long and full life that included playing tennis, bowling, and swimming. Elle was always the Ace on any card table and was always a bright star at any social gathering. She loved to travel and loved to see all the beauty the world had to offer. Private service.
