Obituary of Jacob Kirk Esswein

Jacob Kirk Esswein, born September 23, 1994 in Clovis, California, died in an auto accident on May 15, 2021 in Decono, Colorado. He is survived by his father Lance C. Esswein; his mother, April Burrola; his older brothers Blake Stephen Wilson, Eray Lynn Wilson and his nephew Christopher Michael Macabees Wilson; his paternal grandparents Edward and Brenda Esswein; his maternal grandfather Stephen Chappel Power and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jacob attended Prairie View High School in Colorado and graduated in 2011.He served his country, joining the United States Army in 2013 as a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear specialist.He was also a member of Combat Life Savers, CRS.

Jacob worked at Pepper's Grill and the Pepper Pot. Jacob was working on becoming a sous chef. He loved cooking, gaming, and acts of kindness.

Service, Wednesday, May 26th, 9:00 AM, Feldman Mortuary Chapel. Private burial to follow at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. Livestream of service on Feldman Mortuary's YouTube Channel.
