Father of Richard (Mary) Altenberg, James (Carole Lesnick) Altenberg, Barbara (Steven) McDonald, and Judy (Bruce Plotkin) Altenberg; grandfather of Daniel Hicks, Maria Anderson, Benjamin Altenberg, Jared, Matthew, and Jack McDonald, Jeremy and Gabrielle Plotkin; great-grandfather of 1; step-father of Richard Bortz and Patricia Bortz; step-grandfather of 4.
