Robert (Bob) Talpers, Denver. Born February 12, 1919 Denver. Died June 15, 2022. He attended Moore Elementary, Smiley Jr. High, East High School and the University of Denver. Served as Captain in the US Army in WW2 in Europe. Married Henrietta Miller Talpers (deceased). Employed at Miller Furniture and then became a successful Realtor for many decades. Loved travel, golf, his Broncos and every other sport. Loved to laugh until it hurt! Bob was well beloved by all those who were fortunate to have known him or even crossed his path. Husband of the late Joanie Golden Talpers; Father of Gary (Nancy) Talpers and Ron Talpers. Grandfather of Rachel and Rebecca Talpers; Hunter Melnick, Marco Melnick, Alexandra (Brandon) Karnes, Jackson Melnick, Joshua Melnick; Great-Grandfather of Kameron & Kayden Karnes.
