He graduated with honors from the School-of-Hard-Knocks, learning and excelling in many trades for work and eventually settling into investing in Denver’s commercial real estate market. He will be fondly remembered for his honesty, friendship, humor, and sincerity. Julian is survived by his two daughters, Adrienne Nelson and Nancy Levy, his brother David (Eileen) Albert, and his adoring grandchildren: Ilyssa (Andrew Schildkret) Simon, Eric Simon, Sol Levy, and Hannah Levy.
