Robert L. Mandel

1943-2023

Robert Louis Mandel, husband of Sandra Mandel; Father of Stacy (Scott) Grimm and Craig (Kerrie); Grandfather of Remy, Jaden, Jasper, Briston and Tayben; Step-Father of Sarah and Rebeccah; Step-Grandfather of Maddie and Max; Uncle of Melissa (Vinnie); Great Uncle of Nyah and Neve and brother of Linda.

A native of Denver, Bob grew up in East Denver and graduated from George Washington High School where he played varsity tennis.  After graduating from the University of Southern California, he joined his father in ABZ Lumber and then became the sole owner.  After retiring from the lumber business, he worked in Blackhawk and then later worked for his dear friend Steve Shuster. Bob loved to play golf, tennis and poker, and he was a devoted sports fan throughout his entire life.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Interment will be at 1:45 pm., Thursday, January 19 at the Temple Emanuel Cemetery located within Fairmount Cemetery.  Memorial service will follow at 2:30 at Temple Emanuel. Memorial service will be livestreamed via  Feldman Mortuary's You Tube channel.
