Obituary of Maxine Bernice Frank
Maxine Bernice Frank lived for 92 years and died peacefully at her home in Denver, Colorado on February 15, 2023 after much quality time with her 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri where she lived most of her life highlighted by 61 years of marriage to Arthur Frank who died in 2011. Family always mattered most, and friends were cherished. Maxine loved to play piano, dance with her husband, cook and bake. She is survived by and will forever be missed by her children: Fran (Phil) Yeddis of Denver, CO, Lee Frank of Denver, CO, Roz (Tim) Dwyer of Lake Lotawana, MO and her grandchildren: Jordan (Whitney) Yeddis of Denver, CO, Josh Yeddis of Denver, CO, Lisa (Jared ) Sparr of Denver, CO, Kate (Nick) Dwyer-Nunez of Madison, WI, Dylan (Chelsea) Dwyer of Savannah, GA, Asher Frank of Denver, CO, and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Jerry (Linda) Schaffer of Austin, Texas and was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Pearl Spitcaufsky Schaffer.
Services on Sunday, February 19, 2023, 11:30 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery Chapel in Raytown, Missouri. The family will observe the first night of shiva at Town Village of Leawood, Kansas. Family will continue observance of shiva in Denver with services Tuesday, February 21st at 7 PM at the home of Fran and Phil Yeddis, 63 Royal Ann Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The memory of Maxine Frank is a living blessing to all who loved her and all those she loved.
