I met Nancy years ago when I sold educational toys to JCC, where she was director. I saw her intermittently at Jazzercise classes, where we enjoyed dancing and reminiscing. I will miss her welcoming nature and positive spirit. So sad to hear of her passing. Life is too short!

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Nancy. I met Nancy when John was a faculty member at the University of Denver many years ago. I was a Professor in the College of Education and encouraged Nancy to enter the Masters program, which she did. Thereafter, Nancy became a lifelong friend. Nancy also was a friend of my son, Matt. We will always cherish the memories of our time spent with Nancy, her wit, humor and knowledge. It was a gift to know Nancy and we will miss her dearly.

Nan was a unique force of nature. Intelligent, interesting, and interested in the world. She was curious, kind, and compassionate to friends and strangers alike. I feel very fortunate to have known her.

Nancy was so welcoming to me. And kind enough to be curious about me. There is nobody else like Nan. They surely broke the mold after they made her. And now, an entire universe goes with her. May her memory be a blessing always.

Nancy has been such a dear friend, supporter and contributor to Kavod Senior Life and Kavod on the Road. Our meetings usually involved a lot of laughs over lunch at Poppie's or an ice cream Sunday at Hillstone. She cared about our community. always ensuring that our residents had the services they need to age well and that our community conference could run with excellence.
May her memory be for a blessing. She will be deeply missed.

Julie, our hearts break for you but hope your parents are happily reunited. I took this picture in June 1972 near Aspen when Lyle and I were on a brief get away with your folks near Aspen. They look so happy together in such a beautiful setting. Blessings, Mary and Lyle
