Obituary of Judye Newberger

Judye Newberger, nee Gould, age 73, born in Detroit Michigan and died peacefully at home in Aurora Colorado.  Beloved wife of Rick for 41 years, devoted mother of Vickie Leon (Danny) and Brad (Newberger (Kim(, proud grandmother of Noah and Emery Leon and Rylie and Landon Newberger. Preceded in death by her brother Murray Gould (Los Angeles) and her sister Anita Abraham (Hollywood Florida).

Judye devoted her best years to raising and nurturing her children. In later years she worked as a Music Librarian at the family business, Ambiance Radio.  In 2008 she wrote and published a children's book called Nobody Came for Jasper, about a shelter cat (her shelter cat to be exact) who discovers in himself what it takes to be adopted.  Judye was loved by all who knew her and she will be deeply missed and long remembered.

Services for Judye will be held at 1:30 pm 10/30/2023 at Feldman Mortuary; 1673 York St, Denver CO 80206, with interment at Emanuel Cemetery to follow. A livestream of the services will be available on Feldman Mortuary's YouTube channel.

Shiva will be held at Judye and Rick Newberger's home: 22555 E. Henderson Dr. Aurora, CO 80016, Monday 10/30 from 5:00-8:30pm, and Tuesday 10/31 and Wednesday 11/01 from 6-9pm.
