Obituary of Marvin Kark

Marvin Kark passed away on Shabbat morning, May 11th, 2024 at his home in Jerusalem, Israel. Marvin was an outstanding dad, grandpa, friend, and mentor. He went above and beyond to help others and had a love for baseball cards, word games and fitness.  He was a giver and a lover, with a dream to make Aliya. Later in life he fulfilled his dream by moving to Jerusalem, where he filled his days with family, friends, davening and torah learning. Despite being a very busy man, he always made time to be present for his friends and family and had a smile on his face through his final days. Marvin was radically grateful to God for everything in his life and inspired all those around him to be appreciative and kind. He is survived by his children Shellie, Andy, Laura and Jill and his grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Asher, Spencer, Rebecca, Reese, Brayden, Jake, Caley, Chase, Megan, and Cooper and his siblings, Lenny and Edye. He is survived by his wife Vera Kark.
