Obituary of Norma J. Goldblatt
Norma passed away one week after her 94th birthday. She was born on December 25, 1930, in Denver, Colorado. Norma was warm, kind, and her charisma endeared her to everyone she met. She will be fondly remembered by all who were part of her life.
Norma was married to Morris Catalan and after his passing married the late Samuel Goldblatt. She will be deeply missed by her children, Ronald (Michelle) Catalan, and Rebecca Catalan and by her adoring granddaughter Marissa (David Shwortz) West. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandson Marshall Colin West. She will be forever missed by her loving and caring sister Judy (the late Stanley) Kippur and sister-in-law Penni Hudis. She was preceded in death by her sister Dee (the late Paul) Isaacson and brother, Ira Fink.
She was close with her nieces and nephews, Sandra and Jeff Barter, Terri Tilliss and Stacy Pocrass, Lisa (Chad Bauer) Kippur, and Scott and Yelena Kippur, Andrea (Stephen) Star, her nine great nieces and nephews, and her great-great nephew. Norma’s bonus children include Helene (the late Al) Hoffman, Sherry and Hank Brandon, Bill and Lori Goldblatt, and bonus grandchildren Lizzy and Michael Silverman, Jenny and Josia Reich, Rachel and Joe Mandi, Matthew and Rhonda Goldblatt, Sarah Goldblatt and seven bonus great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at Hebrew Educational Alliance, Thursday January 2nd at 1pm with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Services will be livestreamed via the Feldman Mortuary YouTube Channel.
