William Bill Michaels 54 died peacefully surrounded by family and friends after a determined and courageous battle with lung cancer. Beloved husband of Laura Michaels Devoted father of Anna Grace and Henry. Son of the late George and Helen Michaels. Survived by brothers Lee (Sue) Michaels NY and Rabbi James (Karen) Michaels MD in-laws Joyce and Sam Freeman 10 nieces and nephews and 7 great-nieces and nephews. In addition to his adoring family Bill gave great passion optimism and relentless energy to his dear friends and colleagues and to the many organizations he nurtured and served. Service Thursday 1000 a.m. at Rodef Shalom 450 S. Kearney. Interment Emanuel Cemetery. Donations to Family Resource Centers Assoc. 1653 Vine St. Denver 80202.
