Zelda Ruth (Cohn) Patt; Chicago, IL Native; Last decade a Littleton, CO resident; Daughter of Abraham and Ella (Herzberg) Cohn; Mother of Louise Troehler; David Patt; and Joanne (John) Ocak; Not only was she a Great Grand 'Z', Grand 'Z', Mother and Daughter, but had retained friendships beginning in Trumbull Park on the South Side of Chicago, carrying out through her move to the Northwest side and then to Colorado to again be with family in 2003; Making and keeping more friends through her love for bowling; and that she worked for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for 25 years, hiring the models and doing their payroll; Taking classes at SAIC, most notably photography; and That she met many interesting people there, many of whom she remained friends with through all these years after her retirement and since her move to Colorado. For many years, Zelda enjoyed crocheting colorful lap Afghans and giving them away to friends and family. I will mention that she did the best that 'she' could, as a Divorced Mother, who had, had many recent family losses, during a time when life was as it was, and that it definitely wasn't the norm; and that she was a good and well-loved friend to the end.
