He will be truly missed by us. 30 years ago I met him at a seminar he was giving in Summit County to learn about getting into purchasing a rental property and our relationship grew from that. He taught us SO much and helped us SO much over all those years. We had some serious talks and lots of not serious talks and lots of laughs! He was such an intelligent and creative man. We are very sorry for your loss, he was a great man and will be so missed. Tracey and Scott Radek

I will always remember our camping trips together. I camped with Gregg in South Dakota in Spearfish, Custer, the fireworks in Belle Fourche, cruising the Black Hills, and of course the 4th of July at Mt. Rushmore. Buffalo in the Black Hills surrounded our car in an epic traffic jam! We camped in Moab, Utah, and Boyd Lake State Park in Colorado. In each spot Gregg always tried to find a live play or musical performed by locals. And then of course his love of musicals which we enjoyed in Denver and in small local theaters on the Front Range, including Hamilton and the Million Dollar Quartet. Gregg was a joyful, charming and intelligent friend and he will be missed very much. I hope he is camping and enjoying musicals in Heaven.
